Philly Cheese Steak Grilled Cheeses
500g ribeye steak
1 med bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped red onion
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp olive oil
rye/sour dough bread
1. Cut steak into thin strips, season with salt and pepper and set aside. Chop bell pepper and mushroom into thin strips.
2. heat butter in 1tbps olive oil on high heat, when butter has melted, cook mushroom, onion, and bell pepper until soft.
3. In the same pan, add 1tbps olive oil and cook steak for 3mins with worcestershire until nicely browned. Add the mushroom, onion, and bell pepper and cook for a minute.. Transfer and set aside.
4. Heat 4 slices of bread in the same pan, turn it and place butter on the toasted side of the bread. Layer mozarella cheese on the bottom.
5.Sandwich the bread slices and put a handful of meat mixture in the middle. heat for 30secs each side until cheese has melted.
