Australian Breakfast Steak with Poached Egg

Having a heavy and filling steak breakfast from scratch is easy with this quick rub recipe.

Ingredients:

250g Australian breakfast steak
4pcs Cherry tomatoes
2pcs Large eggs
Chives
2 cups cooked rice
Olive oil
Salt
vinegar

For poached egg:
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

For steak:
4 tsps salt
4 tsps paprika
2 tsps ground black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp ground coriander

1. Mix all the ingredients for the steak rub. Rub onto every nook and cranny of the steak and let rest for 30 mins

2. Pour oil in the frying pan and heat in medium-high heat. Cook 3 steaks at a time, avoiding to crowd the pan. Cook each side for 2 minutes, and let rest for 2-3 mins before serving.
